A player in the energy sector commissioned SEMKEL to provide 360° digital safety, combining cybersecurity and informational monitoring. Through a three-phase safety monitoring program (risk assessment, monitoring deployment and reporting), SEMKEL identified an activist campaign aimed at discrediting a small modular reactor (SMR) project. The monitoring detected disinformation actions in preparation, as well as intrusion attempts on critical servers. Thanks to this anticipation, the company was able to adapt its communication, secure its infrastructures and prevent the impact of this threat.
